Cancellation & Refund Policy

Kindly refer to the below points of our Refund and Return Policy-

1. Order cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
2. Products bought on sale are ineligible for return or exchange.
3. Customised and altered products are ineligible for return or exchange.
4. Orders placed with delivery address outside India are ineligible for returns and exchanges.
5. All return items must have the original tags and should be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
6. For returns/exchange of items that are not on sale - A credit note equivalent to the cost amount is provided. Cash/Monetary refunds are not provided.
7. In case the product does not fit you/or it is not upto your preference, you can exchange the same within 7 days for a different size or a credit note.
8. In case of receipt of wrong, damaged or defective items, the request for return should be reported with our customer service team within 48 hours. The product can be replaced or a credit note equivalent to the cost amount will be provided.
9. All return and cancellation requests should be reported on Whatsapp at +919582006011. 
10. In case of any Refunds approved by the Studio MuGu, it’ll take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
