Jurisdiction and Governing Law

Any dispute or difference arising any time between the Parties hereto in respect of the Agreement or the interpretation of any of the provision of this Agreement and/or any amendments or modification thereof for the time being and from time to time in force, shall be decided in accordance with Indian Law by Courts courts situated in Delhi, which Courts shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate such disputes.
